The Problem with Manual FASTag Management

Most businesses that operate multiple vehicles ask drivers or an office admin to manually monitor and recharge FASTag balances. This approach works until it does not — someone forgets, the balance runs low over a weekend, and suddenly a driver is stuck at a toll at midnight with no way to pay.

How Auto-Recharge Works

Our platform lets you link your FASTag account and define a simple rule: when the balance drops below ₹500 (or any amount you choose), automatically recharge ₹1,000 (or whatever amount you set). The recharge happens instantly using your linked business payment account. You receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Your driver can be notified too if you configure that.

Managing Multiple Vehicles

For businesses with multiple vehicles, you can manage all FASTag accounts from a single dashboard view:

• Add each vehicle's FASTag account number along with a vehicle label
• Set individual or uniform recharge rules per vehicle
• Monitor all balances from a consolidated view
• Receive monthly reports showing total toll expenditure per vehicle
• Set per-vehicle monthly spending limits for fleet cost control

Alerts Without Auto-Recharge

If you prefer to authorize each recharge manually, you can still configure low-balance alerts. When any FASTag balance drops below your threshold, you get notified immediately via WhatsApp, email, and SMS — so you can approve the recharge with one tap before it becomes a problem on the road.

Getting Started

FASTag management is available on all our plans. Log in to your dashboard, navigate to Manage Billers, search for FASTag, and add your account number. The auto-recharge rule setup takes less than two minutes and works silently in the background from that point on.
